Black Horse Distillery was established in 2014 at Black Horse Estate in Magaliesburg.

If you come visit the Distillery you will meet the friendly owners, Marius Bezuidenhout and Bernard Botha. Marius is also the Master Distiller together with Chanté Hilse at Black Horse Distillery

Origin of Black Horse
Black Horse Estate was established in 1998 by Bernard Botha. The family estate started off as a Friesian stud farm hence the name “Black Horse”.
Black Horse Manor, Stables Café & Tasting room
Black Horse today has only six horses left, the property is 7 hectare and we cultivate our own herbs and greens. We also have a few cattle roaming the property.
