Angelica Seeds

Angelica is a very popular gin botanical. Because of it’s popularity it is sometimes mistaken for juniper. It has an earthy tone and the seeds also sometimes comes through floral in character.

Although it can be used as a garnish in your gin it does not look very appealing due to it brownish nature.
